At Renaissance Eighty our goal is to create the ideal living environment for our valued tenants. From the very beginning, we set out to change and raise the standards offered within the current renters market. To do so we took the time to think of you “our tenants” and added in the amenities typically only found in private homes. Sure, like many others we can say that air conditioning and the major appliances are included, or that we offer dedicated parking and private entrances. However, when we say “home-like” amenities, we mean we have accounted for your lifestyle.

We started by adding central vacuum systems to make tidying up a breeze. From there, we added in-floor heating to keep you and the family “bare foot’ warm at all times. We even took the time and energy to add sound proofing to all our units, marble bathrooms and your own washer and dryer. Let’s not forget a natural gas outlet located on your private deck for all your summertime BBQ’ing fun.
